Our Mission

CAST Response is dedicated to teaching essential reflexive/defensive techniques, situational awareness and enhanced mindset to employees.  Our mission is to facilitate a safe and structured response for hostile, acute or high risk persons of conflict to optimize workspace outcomes.

Why CAST Response?

In a time of crisis, you always revert to your level of training.

The degree of impetus used in a response, must be proportional to the person of conflicts threat level, danger or presentation - whether actual or perceived.

Workplace violence has been on the rise for decades and worsens each day. Often staff are untrained, disjointed and lack timeliness in their response.

CAST fills this gap by providing a coordinated, strategic and choreographed response with a skilled and trained team approach.

Three Tiers of Response

CAST Training Platform

Level One - Basic response, de-escalation and disposition.

Level Two - Reflexive/defensive response skills and enhanced protections.

Level Three - Stealth protection for the highest threat level with execution of containment and egress.
